H-E-B Launches Quick Delivery Service via Favor App
The rollout of H-E-B Now is being supported by a new campaign dubbed “All In Favor
Texas grocer H-E-B is launching an exclusive delivery service through its Favor app, offering up to 15 items delivered in 45 minutes or less. The H-E-B Now service will waive delivery and service fees on orders over $25 until the end of the year, allowing customers to order not only groceries but also H-E-B Beer & Wine, Blooms by H-E-B, H-E-B Sushiya, True Texas BBQ, and more.
This service can be accessed via a new “H-E-B” tab on the Favor app, supported by a campaign titled “All In Favor.” Created in collaboration with Preacher, Favor’s agency of record, the campaign features a fast-talking Texan who appears during everyday moments to inform customers about the variety of food available for quick delivery.
“This new service enhances our commitment to delivering Texas hospitality across our home state, providing Texans with a quick and convenient way to meet their last-minute grocery needs from their favorite retailer—H-E-B,” said Chris Rogge, Favor’s senior director of brand and creative. “We aim to provide the best service and selection for Texans, and our ‘All In Favor’ campaign showcases that commitment.”
The campaign will run throughout Texas across connected and linear broadcast TV, digital media, and social media platforms, featuring the tagline: “All your local restaurants. All your last-minute H-E-B needs. All your Texas favorites. All In Favor.”
H-E-B, based in San Antonio, is the largest privately held employer in Texas, employing over 160,000 people across Texas and Mexico, and operates as a multi-format retailer.
