T. Marzetti Company, a subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corp. based in Ohio, is launching a new gluten-free line of Texas Toast under the New York Bakery brand. T. Marzetti Co. After over a decade of research in recipe development and production, the New York Bakery brand has unveiled its innovative, patent-pending dough recipe. This first-of-its-kind formulation preserves the texture, volume, and structural integrity that consumers expect. The new Texas Toast products are certified gluten-free and produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility, significantly reducing any risk of cross-contamination.
