Chunk Foods, an award-winning plant-based steak brand, has introduced four new retail SKUs, marking a significant step in offering high-protein, clean-label plant-based options. These frozen products aim to rival traditional meats in both taste and texture, making them a versatile choice for plant-based diets.

The new Chunk Foods plant-based steaks include the following options:

  1. Steaks: Two 4-ounce plant-based steaks that provide 25 grams of protein per serving, perfect for pan-searing or grilling. Suggested retail price: $9.99 for an 8-ounce 2-pack.
  2. Steakhouse Cut: A quick-to-cook cut providing 37 grams of protein per serving, suitable for pan-searing, grilling, or air frying. Suggested retail price: $7.49 for a 6-ounce package.
  3. Slab: A hearty, versatile whole cut that can be baked, barbecued, or smoked, offering 31 grams of protein per serving. Suggested retail price: $9.99 for a 10-ounce package.
  4. Pulled: Plant-based pulled meat that cooks in 7 minutes, with 25 grams of protein per serving, ideal for stir-fries, sandwiches, or as a salad topper. Suggested retail price: $6.99 for an 8-ounce package.

Each product is packed with nutrients, offering a great source of iron and vitamin B12, with no cholesterol and just eight simple ingredients. The initial launch will take place in Los Angeles and New York City, with plans to expand to natural and organic independent retailers, along with a broader e-commerce distribution to reach more consumers nationwide.
