Arla Launches Three New Branded Yoghurt Products

Arla is expanding its yoghurt portfolio with the introduction of three new branded products this month. The new offerings include a high-protein, lactose-free natural yoghurt, LactoFREE (400g), which delivers the same taste of dairy without lactose and is enriched with vitamin D.

The company has also added Skyr Whipped, the latest addition to its Skyr range. This Icelandic-style yoghurt is layered with a fruit compote and comes in three flavors: Strawberries and Cream, Caramelised Orange, and Coconut and White Chocolate.

Additionally, Arla has launched a 450g Protein Pot in Vanilla and Strawberry flavors, boasting 45g of protein per serving, catering to those seeking a protein-rich option.

Catriona Mantle, Arla Foods’ associate category director, stated: “It’s been nearly 10 years since we introduced Arla yogurt to the UK market. As the UK’s largest dairy cooperative, we are proud to expand our portfolio, offering more natural and nutritious options to our consumers.”

Mantle also highlighted that the launch aligns with consumers’ varied needs, whether for functional benefits, indulgence, or specific serving sizes. She added that Arla has more exciting plans for 2025.

The launch comes shortly after Arla and Müller, in collaboration with Tesco, launched the Future Dairy Partnership—a farmer-led initiative aimed at reducing on-farm emissions by 30% by 2030.
