Brookshire Grocery Co. Faces Infringement Lawsuit

Alpha Modus Corp., a technology company specializing in artificial intelligence for retail, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Brookshire Grocery Co., accusing the retailer of infringing on several of its patents related to consumer behavior analysis and data-driven marketing technologies used in retail environments.

Details of the Lawsuit:
The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, involves the infringement of several patent portfolios owned by Alpha Modus. These patents, which include the ‘571, ‘825, ‘672, ‘890, and ‘880 portfolios, relate to technologies designed to analyze consumer behavior and product interaction in real time. These technologies are used to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the consumer experience during key purchasing decision moments.

Alpha Modus Technologies:
Alpha Modus develops and licenses artificial intelligence tools aimed at improving retail marketing by enabling businesses to dynamically adjust their marketing efforts based on consumer interactions and behavior at the point of decision. The company’s technology focuses on analyzing how consumers engage with products, allowing retailers to tailor promotions and advertisements to better meet immediate consumer needs.

Other Legal Actions:
This lawsuit follows a similar action taken by Alpha Modus against The Kroger Co. on January 16, alleging infringement on the same set of patents. Both lawsuits are being handled by Christopher E. Hanba of the law firm Dickinson Wright PLLC.
