Davies officially starts on 17 January. He began his Carlsberg career in 2007 in marketing and later held key leadership roles. His experience includes serving as VP of marketing, VP of sales at Carlsberg Sweden, and VP of craft and specialty in Copenhagen. In 2019, he became Managing Director of Carlsberg Poland and chaired the Polish Brewers Association. By 2020, he was the CEO of Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company.
