As highlighted in Dell’Ugo Partners with This to Bring Plant-Based Ravioli to Morrisons Shelves, the collaboration features Isn’t Bacon & Cheese Ravioli, filled with plant-based bacon lardons, and Isn’t Chicken & Pesto Ravioli, featuring This’ vegan chicken pieces. These products are now available both on the Dell’Ugo website and in Morrisons supermarkets.

This partnership comes in response to the growing demand for meat-free products in the UK, where the number of vegans has surged to approximately 2.5 million, an increase of 1.1 million between 2023 and 2024.

Dell’Ugo CEO Sophia Cooke explained the motivation behind the collaboration: “We partnered with This after seeing festival-goers taste their products and express disbelief that they were plant-based. With our premium fresh pasta, made from the finest semolina from Italy’s Altamura region, the combination delivers the first vegan fresh filled pasta that truly mimics the taste of meat.”

Xander Fletcher, out-of-home controller for This, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Dell’Ugo, a brand that exemplifies craftsmanship. These products taste incredible, proving that you can switch out meat without sacrificing flavor. We expect them to be a huge hit and look forward to creating more exciting products with Dell’Ugo in the future.”
