Foxtrot Rewards Program Debuts with Fresh Perks for Reopened Stores

Foxtrot is giving customers more reasons to shop and sip with the all-new Foxtrot rewards program, launching June 25. After months of store closures and a major business shake-up, the urban convenience-store chain is ready for a fresh start.

The Foxtrot rewards program allows customers to earn one point for every dollar spent. Shoppers can redeem points for free café drinks and other exciting perks. Foxtrot will even honor points previously earned through its mobile app before June 25.

A New Beginning for Foxtrot

Foxtrot closed all stores in April 2024 after parent company Outfox Hospitality filed for bankruptcy. But the story didn’t end there. The brand’s original owners revived the concept and have been reopening locations across Chicago and Dallas.

Stores in Chicago’s Gold Coast, Old Town, Wicker Park, Fulton Market, and River North are now serving customers again. Dallas shoppers can also visit two newly reopened stores. The launch of the Foxtrot rewards program marks a major milestone in this comeback.

How the New Program Works

The rewards structure is simple. Shoppers earn points with every purchase, unlocking free drinks and exclusive perks along the way. Foxtrot describes this as “more than a fresh cup; it’s a fresh start.”

Unlike the previous membership-based program, the new system is open to everyone, making it easier to enjoy benefits. Loyal customers who shopped before the closure can carry over their app-based points to the new program.

Foxtrot continues building its reputation as a modern café and upscale market. The company offers premium coffee, groceries, and locally sourced products in stylish, neighborhood-focused spaces.

The rewards program reflects Foxtrot’s renewed focus on community, convenience, and quality. Shoppers can expect more perks, exclusive products, and exciting in-store experiences as the company expands.
