The expansion of H-E-B in the Metro Dallas area continues as the San Antonio-based grocer has announced the groundbreaking of two new stores in Murphy and Euless, Texas. The new locations, set to open in 2026, are part of the retailer’s ongoing efforts to serve the growing communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

The Murphy store, covering 122,000 square feet, and the Euless store, with 126,000 square feet, will both offer a variety of amenities designed to enhance the customer experience. These include full-service drive-thru pharmacies, True Texas BBQ restaurants, curbside and home delivery areas, fuel stations, and car washes.

H-E-B’s ongoing expansion into Dallas-Fort Worth further solidifies the grocer’s commitment to reaching more customers in this dynamic and rapidly growing region. The company’s previous store openings in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Alliance, and Mansfield have already made a significant impact.

In addition to the new stores in Murphy and Euless, H-E-B plans to open a Central Market location in Dallas. This concept store specializes in natural and organic foods, though the groundbreaking date has yet to be announced. The grocer is also growing its discount chain, Joe V’s, with a new store opened in Houston in June and plans for another in 2025.

With 435 stores currently operating across Texas and Mexico, H-E-B continues to strengthen its presence and meet the needs of customers throughout the region.
