Kimberton Whole Foods is set to begin construction on its eighth store in Pennsylvania.

Scheduled to open in spring 2026, Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview will provide a wide selection of fresh organic produce, grass-fed meats and dairy, specialty cheeses, natural and organic grocery essentials, baked goods, supplements, body care products, and more.

Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, has announced that Kimberton Whole Foods, an independent family-owned grocery store, will open its largest location in Chester County, Pennsylvania, at Eagleview Town Center in the spring of 2026. Kimberton Whole Foods is set to begin construction on its eighth store in Pennsylvania**.**Construction for the new 14,000-square-foot grocery store on Rice Boulevard is set to commence this month.

The Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview will feature a wide selection of fresh organic produce, grass-fed meats, specialty cheeses, and natural grocery staples. Additionally, customers can enjoy a full menu of grab-and-go meals, including wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups, grain bowls, sushi, and heat-and-eat dinner options. The store will also provide online shopping and curbside pickup services.

“Conveniently located near I-76 and Route 100, Kimberton Whole Foods at Eagleview is poised to become the primary natural grocery destination for residents of Eagleview, Chester Springs, and nearby areas,” said Sam Sherrill, commercial leasing manager at Hankin Group. “Kimberton Whole Foods is a fantastic addition to the vibrant Eagleview community, offering a sustainable and walkable grocery option for residents and visitors alike.”

Ezra Brett, COO of Kimberton Whole Foods, emphasized the importance of this location, stating, “Eagleview is the perfect place for our eighth store, allowing us to expand our family-owned business and enhance our distribution of products from local farmers and food producers. We look forward to serving Eagleview and its surrounding communities with healthy, locally sourced grocery options in a customer-focused environment.”

Eagleview is an 800-acre mixed-use community in Chester County, Pennsylvania, comprising over 1,000 residences and 2.5 million square feet of commercial office and life science space, along with more than 50,000 square feet of retail space. Kimberton’s new store will be situated at the heart of Eagleview Town Center, next to ACAC Fitness & Wellness and other retail establishments.

In addition to the new grocery store, Hankin Group will also expand the Claremont on the Square luxury apartment community by adding 41 new apartment units above Kimberton Whole Foods. This LEED-certified lifestyle community will feature amenities such as on-site parking, bike storage, a pet spa, and work pods, along with a 4,850-square-foot outdoor terrace that includes seating, lounge space, a fire pit, grilling area, TV, and turf gaming area.

Founded in 1986, Kimberton Whole Foods prioritizes partnerships with over 200 local producers within a 100-mile radius of its distribution center in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
