Coles joined Nestlé in 1997 and worked across several divisions, including customer management, finance, and category development. He brings deep knowledge of brand growth and operational leadership.

Most recently, Coles led Nestlé’s coffee division in Central and West Africa. There, he oversaw strategy, communications, and sustainability. His diverse experience aligns well with the challenges of the UK confectionery market.
He expressed excitement about this new chapter, especially during the 90th anniversaries of beloved brands KitKat and Aero. Coles plans to spotlight their heritage while driving fresh growth and innovation.
