As the demand for energy drinks increases, brands are introducing innovative flavors, healthier ingredients, and new marketing strategies to attract a wider consumer audience.
Just in time for summer, C4 Energy, a brand of Austin-based Nutrabolt, has introduced a new seasonal flavor in collaboration with Creamsicle. Available exclusively at 7-Eleven stores nationwide, The rising appeal of energy drinks: what’s behind the trend is captured in the C4 Energy x Creamsicle, which combines 200 milligrams of caffeine and CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine with a sweet and tangy orange flavor and a creamy vanilla finish, reminiscent of the classic frozen treat.
This limited-time beverage results from an official licensing agreement with Good Humor and Unilever, capitalizing on the fact that 70% of Creamsicle consumers also drink energy beverages. To celebrate the launch, C4 Energy is partnering with rapper and actor Ludacris for a summer-long promotional campaign, highlighting the product and tying into 7-Eleven’s car culture theme.
