- Globally-inspired snacks with cultural narratives are on the rise, including products like chamoy candy, mango sticky rice chips, and chili crunch nut mixes.

- Dumplings are evolving with fusion flavors such as pepperoni pizza bao buns and chicken parm dumplings.
